Lodges

ONSC provides sleeping accommodations for up to 68 participants in three comfortable, climate-controlled lodges; Tyson Lodge, Compton Lodge, and Harman Lodge. Each lodge is within comfortable walking distance from the main campus facilities. Each lodge has a gathering space and covered deck. Tyson and Compton Lodges hold up to 20 participants, while Harman lodge will accommodate up to 28.

Lodges do not have kitchen facilities. Dining facilities are arranged in the Ewing Centre, located near the lodges. No food or beverages are allowed in the lodges.

ONSC does not provide linens, blankets, pillows, toiletries, or towels. Buildings and trails are smoke-free environments.

Dinning Services

Meals are prepared and served in the beautiful Ewing Centre dining hall, with a spectacular view of uninterrupted Ozark landscape. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are available for visiting groups. All menu items are prepared on site with high-quality, healthful ingredients by a professional staff. Whether your group is comprised mostly of students, or all adults, and staying for just the day, or overnight, meals are carefully planned to suit your needs. The dining hall capacity is 100.

Meeting Room / Classrooms

At the heart of ONSC is the 8,000 square foot Ewing Centre. The Ewing Centre houses administrative offices on the lower level, dining hall, lounge and library on the upper level. This octagonal shaped building is encompassed with a deck that provides a spectacular view of the Ozark landscape.

The Education Building is a three-room building suitable for workshops, meetings, and classes. The main room of this building is a modern education laboratory and meeting space that can seat 36 chairs total around 6 rectangular tables, or 100 chairs without tables. Two smaller adjoining rooms are suitable for small group meetings, breakout sessions, display rooms or workspace.

The Lewis Pavilion provides a sheltered outdoor location for campfire gatherings and programs. Tiered seating centers around a structured fire pit.

On-Site Staff

Each visiting group will be assigned an on-site staff host. The designated host will greet your group and maintain contact and availability throughout your stay to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.
