About the Event
Learn morel host tree identification, how to recognize correct morel habitat, hunting techniques, and how to judge where to hunt according to the season. This is your chance to learn from an experienced mushroom forager and ask questions in person, in good morel habitat, during morel season. The workshop will NOT involve picking mushrooms, as it is in protected AR Natural Heritage property. Plan to attend rain or shine and bring wet weather gear if needed.
